Portable ruby pressure system

The principle of the ruby fluorescence pressure system is that the wavelength position of the R1 fluorescence line of ruby will change accordingly under different pressures (694.3nm at room temperature and pressure). Based on the wavelength position, the pressure value can be calculated. The advantage of this method is fast measurement speed, less consumables, and the measurement pressure can reach 70GPa.

The principle of pressure measurement: The R1 line of ruby (694.3nm under normal pressure) will undergo redshift under high pressure (the relative displacement between R1 and R2 will also shift), so it can be used to measure the pressure in the diamond pressure chamber. The pressure in the diamond pressure chamber can be measured by monitoring the ruby fluorescence spectrum.
